THE TIMELINE
Folks, we are proud to announce that an agreement has been made in regards to the main event at EXACT CHANGE ONLY on September 4, 2010.
First, a timeline of the events leading up to this match. This will be long. I apologize in advance.
-August 23, 2009 – “4 Years of This” – Giant Tiger is granted an open contract to face anyone on the roster as a payment for his appearance. The gingerbread man challenges Inter Species Wrestling founder Mike Rotch in the opening moments of the show. Rotch declines, and GT announces that he’ll be sorry.
Later that night, Player Uno successfully defends his title against El Generico in a stellar main event. Post-match saw the following:
Giant Tiger wins Inter Species Championship.
-In
the weeks leading up to the next show – “SLAMTASIA 3″ – Giant Tiger made a number of disturbing phone calls to Inter Species Wrestling management – making false claims of sexual encounters with their loved ones, among other things. Also mentioned was the fact that he would not grant Player Uno a rematch at SLAMTASIA 3 in Danbury, CT. Nor would Uno get to exact his revenge on Sexxxy Eddy, as he wouldn’t be present for the show.
It was also during this time period that Giant Tiger became embroiled in a war of words with one Steven “The Turtle” Weiner. Turtle would go on to issue a challenge to Giant Tiger, which the champ accepted – thinking nothing of Weiner. It was also announced that Player Uno would take on Eddie Kingston in a first ever singles encounter.
-April 3, 2010 – “SLAMTASIA 3″ – Giant Tiger and Turtle finally face off in a match that has been described in many ways, but we’ll just say it was a see-saw battle. A war of attrition, if you will. Just when Weiner believed he had the upper hand, and was looking to finish the champion off – Eddie Kingston entered the picture, sending Turtle crashing to the mat – where he fell victim to a brutal 2-on-1 beatdown. It was then revealed that Kingston, or “Kingman” as Giant Tiger refers to him, was the newest member of his League of Extraordinary Gentlemen,
This announcement was added incentive for Player Uno to defeat Kingston in that night’s main event. After a brawl that went all over the building, including outside – Player Uno rocked the Last of a Dying Breed with 2 consecutive falcon punches, before scoring the pinfall victory. There was no celebration, however – as Giant Tiger hit the ring, and Uno suffered the same fate as Steven Weiner. Outnumbered and beaten down – Uno was then subject to a woman from the audience grinding on his face
at the behest of the League.
Uno would later vow revenge, and tell anyone who would listen that the woman’s womanly region smelled of sour cream and onion potato chips.
-July 10, 2010 – Vans Warped Tour – Uno would finally get his hands on Sexxxy Eddy. The two men brawled out of the entrance way to start things off, and it never let up. Inside the ring. Outside the ring. In the crowd. They fought everywhere – with Uno finally scoring a measure of revenge by defeating Eddy.
Post-match saw Eddy attack Uno, leading to a chair wielding Twiggy to make the save.
Twiggy later told our cameras that he was tired of the League’s tactics, and that from now on – he has Uno’s back.
Giant Tiger no-showed his scheduled title defense at Warped for reasons we’re still unsure of.
THE MAIN EVENT
The minute the date for EXACT CHANGE ONLY was made official weeks ago – we started working on this main event. We figured that, based on everything listed above, it’d only make sense to attempt to sign the rematch between Giant Tiger and Player Uno. The former champion is always entitled to a rematch, which he has yet to receive. We spoke to Giant Tiger’s agent – Billy Tony – hoping to make the match official.
Giant Tiger refused.
We then pitched a tag team match, pitting Sexxxy Eddy and Giant Tiger against the team of Player Uno and Twiggy.
Giant Tiger refused again, stating that he’d only take part in a match if both Eddy and “the Kingman” were involved too.
We then got in contact with Player Uno, informing him of the dirty zookeeper’s demand. Uno responded, saying that he doesn’t care who the champion brings, or what demands he makes. He and Twiggy would find a third man, and they’d take on the League at EXACT CHANGE ONLY – however, he made a demand of his own.
A call was made to Billy Tony, informing him that his client’s demand was accepted. The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen – composed of Eddy Kingston, Sexxxy Eddy, and current Inter Species Champion – Giant Tiger – would take on the team of Player Uno, Twiggy, and a partner to be chosen by them in the next few weeks. Billy seemed pleased, and when we mentioned that Uno had a demand of his own in regards to the match – he stated that “no matter what the demand may be – we accept it. The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen will be in full force for the first time ever on September 4, 2010 – and we will come out on top, as we always do.”
The call ended as they always do, with them hanging up on us. Hanging up before Uno’s demand was revealed. See, he’s sick of the League, and their cowardly ways. Attacking from behind, outnumbering people, and whatnot. He wanted to make sure that in a 3 on 3 situation, with the odds even, nobody else could make their way out to the ring to screwr
that up. Not Billy Tony. Not Meatball. Not Alan4L. Nobody.
Player Uno requested that the match take place in the confines of a steel cage.
Request granted.
On Saturday night, September 4, 2010 – in our main event – we will see The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen vs. Player Uno, Twiggy, and a partner – in a STEEL CAGE.
Rules, regulations, and the sixth man to be announced soon.
Giant Tiger also made the following demands, in regards to this match :

THE BADDS…CHALLENGED?!
Time and time again, I’ve written these things – and when it came time to announce the match for the Badd Boys, it’d read the same. They were issuing another “BAAAAAADD CHALLENGE” to any team with the nuts to step up.
This time, it’s a little different.
A successful debut at SLAMTASIA 3 added to The Osirian Portal’s reputation of being THE team wherever they go. They decided that in order to gain that reputation in Inter Species Wrestling – they had to take on the best we had to offer. Knowing of Brad and Chad’s undefeated record – they reversed the roles, and challenged the identical twins to a match on September 4.
The Badds, of course, accepted – but don’t take kindly to people thinking they could come onto their turf to attempt to knock them off.
Can Ophidian and Amasis become THE team in Inter Species Wrestling? Or will they have themselves a badddd day?
DESPERATE TIMES
Pinkie Sanchez
is an exciting young talent out of the New York City area. While incredibly gifted when it comes to his in-ring abilities – Sanchez has wrestled 2 matches in Inter Species Wrestling, and lost them both.
Beef Wellington
is an extremely bitter individual. He currently holds the longest losing streak in Inter Species Wrestling history – which includes being defeated 7 times in one night by Addy Starr at SLAMTASIA 3.
At EXACT CHANGE ONLY – they will square off in a match where one man’s losing streaks will come to an end, while the other will likely stick a gun in his mouth.
I can’t believe I just wrote that.
