EDDY RESPONDS!

After hearing what Taka Suzuki had to say about him a few weeks back – League of Extraordinary Gentlemen member Sexxxy Eddy demanded camera time to send a message to his opponent on June 15 at GRAND THEFT OTTAWA.

GET SERIOUS, BRO.

With his in-ring career coming to an end due to injuries suffered in an accident involving a drunken milk truck driver – Moohammad the Terrorist Cow wants nothing more than to have his younger brother – Moostafa – get serious about his own career, and represent their family name well in Inter Species Wrestling. Moostafa, however, is too stubborn – and all attempts to get through to him have failed. As the acting “cow-missioner” of Inter Species Wrestling – Moohammad decided he needed to take matters into his own hands. Below is a telephone call Moohammad made to his brother.

He claimed that this call was the last straw, and ordered that we place his baby brother in a match with two no-nonsense competitors on July 15.

Jae Rukin – last seen on the “GANIMANIA!” i-ppv broadcast, is a standout of the Ottawa wrestling scene who has utilized a hybrid style of cruiserweight wrestling, and fierce strikes in his rise to become one of the best in the area. Loved and respected by the Ottawa wrestling fans – we felt it was only suitable that he represent the scene at Grand Theft Ottawa.

The other man – Buxx Belmar – is an odd, unpredictable, and very dangerous individual who will be making his Inter Species Wrestling debut in this match.

Certainly a match that young Moostafa should take seriously.

REGRETS

We at Inter Species Wrestling regret to inform you all that despite appearing on GRAND THEFT OTTAWA promotional materials – Pinkie Sanchez will not be present at the event on June 15, 2012. There is no dramatic reason or anything for anyone to speculate – it’s just a matter of scheduling conflicts. Pinkie will eventually make it up to Canada for Inter Species Wrestling. We apologize for this.

As part of the biggest weekend in Ottawa wrestling history – added between Inter Species Wrestling’s “Grand Theft Ottawa” and C*4′s “Crossing the Line 5″ events on Friday June 15th and Saturday June 16th – Fighting Back is excited to present the first ever, Ottawa Wrestling Fan-fest!

PENIS ENVY

Japanese standout Taka Suzuki made his Inter Species Wrestling debut at BONER JAM II – wowing us in-ring, as well as in the play by play booth. On June 15, he makes his Canadian wrestling debut, as he takes on a man who is no stranger to the Ottawa fans – the devious party animal Sexxxy Eddy. For Eddy, who is coming off a victory over Izzie Deadyet, a win over Taka Suzuki at GRAND THEFT OTTAWA would move him up the ranks. Perhaps putting him in line for a title shot in the future. For Taka, however, this is about alot more…

OTHER TITLE REMATCH

With us already announcing that Twiggy will be defending his Inter Species Title against Shitty – we’re pleased to announce that GRAND THEFT OTTAWA will play host to TWO exciting title matches. An uncharacteristically angry Frankie Arion came into BONER JAM II determined to avenge a broken nose suffered at the hands of Pinkie Sanchez last year at Burger King of the Ring. After a hard-fought battle between the two men, and some less than sportsmanlike actions, Arion was able to put Sanchez away with his patented double-pits-to-chesty splash.

Up next for Frankie? The 2012 GAnime Wrestling Champion will look to avenge a loss, also suffered at the 2011 Burger King of the Ring event, against current reigning Inter Species Wrestling OTHER Champion – El Hijo Del Bamboo.

We caught up with Frankie, and he had the following to say about the match.

GRAND THEFT OTTAWA

After nearly 7 years of running shows, and putting on showcase matches all over the place – we’re finally bringing the party to Ottawa, Ontario. A longterm goal, and one of the last remaining items on the Inter Species Wrestling bucket list will come to fruition on June 15, 2012 as Inter Species Wrestling, in association with our friends at C*4 Wrestling, will proudly present – GRAND THEFT OTTAWA.

Ottawa fans – we’re stoked. You’re loud, energetic, and rowdy – and we hope you’ll come out in droves – because it’ll be our honour to FINALLY put on a full Inter Species Wrestling show for you all.

CHALLENGE ACCEPTED

BONER JAM II’s main event saw an Inter Species Title rematch of epic proportions take place, as reigning champion Twiggy was once again able to defeat former champion Giant Tiger in a brutal Bunkhouse Brawl – in which fans were able to bring weapons. The victory celebration was short-lived, however – as the Twigster was blindsided by Shitty – who nailed him with a devastating piledriver. While we don’t know his exact reason for committing such an act, one could speculate that this would be his way of requesting a title shot. Afterall, Shitty was victorious in a grueling 4 way encounter earlier in the evening, adding another win to a streak that would put him near the top of the contenders list.

We caught up with Twiggy to see what he thought. He had the following to say…

TAG TEAM DIVISION?

Over the past few months, we teased that there would be quite a few changes coming to Inter Species Wrestling. Our last event, BONER JAM II, played host to quite a few. New competitors joining the ranks, and others leaving (or getting locked up in prison). The first ever womens match in Inter Species Wrestling history. More fan-interactive match stipulations, adding to the party atmosphere. And finally, the formation of the Inter Species Wrestling tag division. Something the fans online have been requesting forever is finally happening.

With the Badd Boys (Brad and Chad Badd) locked up indefinitely – the odds of teams getting beat up, roughed up, robbed, or shanked – is no longer a concern. Which means they can stick around, and we can finally have a tag division – and possibly even tag team titles in the future.

Our cameras caught up with a team that was formed recently – lead by the son of the Badd Boys themselves, Rikki Baddcliff, comprised of their brother GLAAD Badd and a partner whose name we didn’t catch. They had a few things to say in regards to this new division.

First ever womens match in Inter Species Wrestling history – Addy Starr defeated Jodi D’Milo

“Addy got the win and Giant Tiger/Sexxy Eddy came out. GT called us all faggots and some girl a cunt, then offered a spot to Jodi in the League. She attacked Addy, accepted and a three way kiss ensued, which ended up just being Eddie and Tiger making out.”

Shitty defeated Oni, Taka Suzuki, and La Cucaracha in a 4 way encounter

“Glaad Badd came out and announced to all of us that he is in fact straight. Ricky Badcliff comes out to let us now that the other Badd Brothers have been arrested and will no longer be apart of ISW Badcliff tells Glaad not to fret, however, as he has a new partner for him. Someone who will allow Glaad to be his big gay self. We are formally introduced to the Craigslist Homo! A new, gay tag team as arrived in ISW, and no one is safe from their slippery double teams. Pun intended. ”

Sexxxy Eddy defeated Izzie Deadyet in both a match, and drinking contest.

OTHER TITLE - El Hijo Del Bamboo (c) vs. Homicide ended in a no contest.

INTER SPECIES TITLE – Twiggy retained over Giant Tiger in a fans bring the weapons Bunkhouse Brawl match.

“I have been to several shows where Fans Bring the Weapons. Never though, have I seen such unique weapons as I did Saturday night. Blow up doll, inflatable penis, nerf guns, ukelele, 4 foot Barbie, cake, keyboards, a random merch table, and God knows what else. These two beat the ever-loving shit out of each other. Tiger legit knocked Twiggy out of his boots. I’m pissed because I can’t remember how this match ended. But I know they beat the shit out of each other and Twiggy retained the title. But then SHITTY came down and piledrove Twiggy then posed with the belt, setting up a match at GRAND THEFT OTTAWA I assume.

Overall fucking FANTASTIC show from top to bottom. ISW is such a different experience from any other indy show I’ve ever been too. Do yourself a favor and go to ISW every chance you get.”

WEAPONS? BRING ‘EM!

With the Bunkhouse Brawl stipulation added to the upcoming Inter Species Title rematch between current champion, Twiggy, and the man he defeated for the title, Giant Tiger – it has been decided that we will now be allowing fans to bring weapons to the event, to be used in the brawl.

There are guidelines, however. Unlike those promotions that allow you to bring glass, barbed wire and thumbtacks – because of the fans’ close proximity to the ring – we can’t allow that at this time. Sorry, guys. However, if you have anything wild, crazy, or just plain silly that you want to see someone get smashed over the head with – by all means – bring it! Old Bette Midler records? A cowbell? Pizza pans? A bag of oranges? Just some ideas for you all.

We’ll be collecting weapons at the front door of the venue before the show starts.

HOME INVASION

We asked Addy Starr to record a promo about her upcoming match with Jodi D’Milo. What she did record was something different. Something that will likely piss a few people off, while getting others hyped for the first ever womens match in Inter Species Wrestling history. Check it out for yourself.

STRANGE BEDFELLOWS

We really aren’t aware of what the story behind this is, but the challenge put forth by Team Tremendous – Dan Barry and Ken Scampi has been accepted by the most unlikely duo ever. Pasquale the Italian Chef made his debut at GAnimania back in January, with a victory over the catch-as-catch-can crustacean – Bastian Snow.

From what we’ve been told – Pasquale took a liking to his opponent from that night – and they’ve been hanging out ever since. How does a friendship between a chef, and a potential seafood dish work? No idea. What we do know, however, is that this odd couple has officially accepted the challenge put forth by Scampi and Barry for April 7 in Danbury, Connecticut.

SPECIAL ATTRACTION

As part of our new friendship with the fastest growing promotion in Connecticut – CTWE – we are proud to announce that a special CTWE Showcase Match will take place at BONER JAM II – The Second Coming.

HOME INVASION

A couple weeks back, we posted a video we received from former Inter Species Champion – Giant Tiger. In the video, he stated that at BONER JAM II – The Second Coming – he wouldn’t only be coming for his title belt, but for something else as well – Twiggy’s manhood. We just received this video from Giant Tiger’s agent Billy Tony – and to say that this shocked us would be an understatement.

We’ve been told to expect an update from the reigning champion, concerning the match and his beloved jacket, in the next week or so.

THE BATTLE FOR BRAINS

When this event was initially announced back in January during the GANIMANIA i-ppv broadcast – the first person to approach Inter Species Wrestling management in regards to being a part of it was Sexxxy Eddy. And by “approached” – I mean demanded to be a part of it. He pointed out that the show was named “BONER JAM” – and then proceeded to make obvious references to the bulge in his pants, and where he’d like to jam it. We agreed that he’d be a part of the show – to shut him up mostly – but when it came time to find him an opponent, we were stumped. We called up League agent Billy Tony – asking him if he had any idea of who Eddy would be looking to face. He replied, saying “doesn’t matter who he faces, as long as he scores some brain from the finest skanks Connecticut has to offer before, during, and after the show.” And that’s when we figured it out.

In another first ever meeting – Eddy squares off with a guy who has an affinity for brain of a different sort – the murder machine himself, Izzie Deadyet. Two men known for their crazy brawling antics. This should be a doozy.

SHITTY SETBACK

With 3 participants announced for the 4-way encounter that’ll be going down on April 7 – we were planning to announce the final man tonight. However, we’ve hit a snag – as, due to unforseen circumstances, the previously announced Mikaze will be unable to appear at BONER JAM II. We were looking forward to his debut, and we’re confident that it’ll eventually happen down the road.

With that said – we are now left with 2 competitors, Oni and Shitty announced for this match. The man we initially believed would be the final man announced for this match is the cocky, brash, hard hitting native of Tokyo, Japan – Taka Suzuki. With a style that was described to us as “frantic, yet precise”, we are very much looking forward to seeing what Taka can do in an Inter Species Wrestling ring.

As for that final spot – we may have to get in touch with Dr. Gene Spleissing to see what he can cook up on such short notice.

After having his win/loss record criticized on the most recent episode of the Dubcast – Dan Barry reached out to Inter Species Wrestling management, and had the following to say in regards to his yet to be signed match on April 7 in Danbury, Connecticut.

FIRST EVER!

Change is good. That’s what they say, right? Over the past few months, Inter Species Wrestling has experienced quite a few changes. While some were out of our control – others were for the sake of making the company better. Like bringing in new people, and trying new things. And at BONER JAM II – The Second Coming – we’ll be doing just that.

On April 7, we will make history – as two of the toughest women in the Canadian independents will meet in the first EVER womens match on an Inter Species Wrestling show. Addy Starr returns to Connecticut for the first time since the brutal Fans Bring the Lego Deathmatch at Burger King of the Ring – where she will take on newcomer Jodi D’Milo. These two ladies are no stranger to one another – having clashed in extremely physical, hard hitting matches in promotions all over the provinces of Ontario and Quebec. We’re stoked to add another chapter to their already storied rivalry. Although there is a rivalry – it is one of respect. When Addy couldn’t make it to GANIMANIA in January – she recommended Jodi as a replacement, where she made short work of Moostafa, impressing all in attendance. However, a certain someone was more impressed with her than others…

THREE QUARTERS

It was announced last week – that on April 7 – we would see a 4 way match consisting of Shitty and 3 newcomers to be named. The first opponent named was the hard hitting, high flying Mikaze. Now, it’s time to name the third man in this match. We are pleased to announce the newest creation of Dr. Gene Spleissing, known simply as “Oni.” Little is known about Oni, as this will be the first time we see him in action. When asked about this new creation – Dr. Spleissing described him only as being “heavy handed, and vicious.” An interesting addition to this 4 way encounter, for sure.

Stay tuned over the next few weeks for announcements regarding the final opponent in this match.

DOUBLE MAIN EVENT – HALF TWO!

Negotiations are complete – and we are now able to announce the top half of our double main event for BONER JAM II – The Second Coming.

A representative of former Inter Species Champion – Giant Tiger – contacted us a few weeks back, stating that the only way the Gingerbread Man would be present in Danbury, Connecticut on April 7 would be if he was awarded his rematch with the man who defeated him for the belt at SLAMTASIA 4 - Twiggy. Twiggy, being the kind of guy he is, accepted immediately – choosing to abide by the unwritten rule that the former champion gets first crack at taking their belt back. However, when trying to get a hold of the challenger to confirm the rematch – we had no luck reaching his people – and thus, couldn’t announce that the match would be taking place until now.

We received this video from Giant Tiger himself a few days ago – making an announcement about some upcoming merchandise – but also stating that he will be present at Boner Jam II in Danbury, Connecticut – looking to take back his belt…and uh…something else…

SHITTY 4 WAY

The ever-dangerous Shitty has been on a tear since defeating Addy Starr in a brutal Lego Deathmatch that last time we were in Connecticut. With wins over Jolly Roger and Dustin Beaver since then – the former Other Champion has been piledriving his way up the ranks in Inter Species Wrestling. However, with both champions pre-occupied on April 7, a title shot isn’t in the cards for him just yet. Which is why we decided to try something different.

At BONER JAM II – Shitty will compete in a 4-way match, consisting of himself and three newcomers who he’s never faced before.

Announcing the first newcomer – “The American Sasuke” Mikaze. While a newcomer to Inter Species Wrestling – the hard hitting, high flying competitor is no stranger to fans of the New England independent circuit – where he has held many titles over the course of his 10+ year career.

DOUBLE MAIN EVENT – HALF ONE!

We’ve been up for days, working real hard to think up a card for the big BONER JAM II event on April 7. Trying to come up with match combinations that’d make this not only better than the first Boner Jam event (headlined by Colt Cabana vs. Giant Tiger for the Inter Species Title) – but one of the craziest Inter Species Wrestling events of all time. We thought long and hard, until finally figuring out that the only way to top the original was to pack the sequel with more action, twists, and a double main event.

The only issue is that we can’t announce the double main event yet – as we’re still negotiating the second half. However, we can tell you all about the first…

Unbeaten in his last 7 Inter Species Wrestling sanctioned matches – reigning Other Champion El Hijo Del Bamboo is on the longest winning streak of his career. The 2011 “Burger King of the Ring” winner has defeated the likes of Beef Wellington, Bastian Snow, Frankie Arion, Michael Von Payton, and most recently Sexxxy Eddy – all people we’d deem worthy, and tough opponents. Representatives of the Ueno Zoo in Japan, however, disagree.

Bamboo has been on loan to us from the Ueno Zoo for some time, as representatives found him to be too small for their major giant panda exhibits. They felt that he should follow in his late father’s footsteps, and pursue a wrestling career in order to achieve fame – so that when they take him back, he’d be a major exhibit despite his smaller stature. Upon being informed of the panda’s winning streak – the snobby zoo jerks scoffed that we need to put their panda in the ring with opponents who are world renowned – to help further build his “fame and notoriety.”

Upon hearing the word “notoriety” – we immediately thought of someone who would not only pose a threat to the panda’s winning streak and title reign – but give him a fight unlike any other he’d been in before him. W got in touch, he was free on April 7 – and the match was signed.

At BONER JAM II – The Second Coming – El Hijo Del Bamboo will put his prestigious Other Title on the line against the debuting former ROH and TNA title holder – the “Notorious 187″ HOMICIDE!

BKOTR REMATCH

The first ever Burger King of the Ring tournament saw a number of spectacular matches. Three of these matches involved tournament finalist Frankie Arion. Arion defeated Dan Barry in the tournament quarter-finals in a spectacular back and forth match. He would then move on to the semi-finals, where he had an incredibly competitive match against Pinkie Sanchez – who defeated Player Uno by submission earlier in the night. It was in this match that Frankie suffered an injury at the feet of the self-proclaimed “sexual spider monkey” – as Sanchez delivered a devastating kick that connected with the bridge of Arion’s nose – breaking it instantly. A bloodied and enraged Arion would advance to the finals after incapacitating Sanchez with his patented top rope double-pits-to-chesty splash – but the injury took alot out of him, and he fell to the aforementioned El Hijo Del Bamboo.

Arion moved forward – defeating Arik Cannon and Player Uno at SLAMTASIA 4, and winning the G-Anime Title tournament at GANIMANIA! last month. However, the injury and loss suffered at Burger King of the Ring stayed fresh in his mind – as he truly feels that if it weren’t for that kick, he would have went into the tournament final alot fresher than he did, and would have won the thing. At BONER JAM II – we’ll see a rematch between the BKOTR semi-finalists – as Frankie Arion’s face seeks revenge against Pinkie Sanchez’s foot.
